sooo im new to all this haha and have got myself a little confused…
in my pattern it says to yfwd,k1
when i bring the yarn forward and go into a normal knit stitch, is that me completing the yfwd,k1 or do i then have to do another k1??? sorry hope that makes sence…
Hi and welcome.
The yarn over is just making a yarn strand over the right needle to give you an extra loop over the needle. There’s no knit stitch that is part of the yarn over. For your directions, the next stitch is the k1. so just as you say “…bring the yarn forward and go into a normal knit stitch…” and that’s completing the yfwd, k1.
That’s a very good question and comes up in one form or another.
