New, and looking for a pattern

Hi I’m new here! I need your help! I want to make my baby girl a headband like the ones you can find on etsy. like this one Does anyone know if there is a pattern for something at least similar to this, or is this one of those mass produced things that can’t easily be duplicated by hand? Thanks!
