I have found the Addie Rocket squares to be amazing for my painful hands. They have a texture to them that doesn’t catch the yarn but allows me to hold them loosely. I’m a tight knitter which aggravates my arthritis so these are very relaxing. Good luck with whatever helps you! Arthritis is such a challenge!
