Needle sizes

I am new to knitting, could somebody please tell me what 3/4 needles are. I have never saw that size. Thank you very much!!!

That is in MM needle sizes. There are no 3/4 in U.S. sizing.

So does that mean there is a size 3/4. Would that be smaller than 0?

No, there are sizes smaller than 0, but the 3/4 is just a metric measurement. Like 3.75 (3/4) MM.
