Should I ask for Denise needle set for Christmas or the Options set from Knit Pick???

I looked at the Denise set at my lys but I went with options. I just like them better. I have loved having them too.

I have the denise set and I love it.
Options, definitely. I ordered the Denise last summer and tried them out briefly before returning them to get the Options. I have never regretted it. I love my Options!

Since I have the denise set I looked into the options.
Options set 59.99
size 4-11 and 2 24" and 2 32" cables
Denise set 54.95
size 5-15 and 6 cable lengths
I picked the denise set because of the price and because you get more then the options set
I prefer the Options because I knit very tightly so I need slick needles. Another thing I really like is the fact that the Options have very pointy tips. I feel that it splits the yarn less because it’s easier to get the tip right in through the stitch. Also, from what I understand, Options are excellent for Magic Loop.

I vote Options:cheering: I have been reading about all of the needles and I love my Addis’s, but I need alot more. At 15.00 per circular needle and the price of them going up 10-15% on November 1st…I am asking for the Options for Christmas myself!:yay:
Are Options only available from Knit Picks? I think I’m going to ask for them - and want to give hubby “options” for odering :teehee:
OPTIONS OPTIONS OPTIONS OPTIONS!! And ther eason I say that is because they have expanded so wonderfully! You can easily get all the different sized needles in both wood and metal. You can get regular circs to go along with them that you KNOW are going to be the same size as the interchangeables. They are coming out with DPN’s to match, and the cables are 100 time better (IMO) than the Denise cables. They are SO flexible and don’t go all crazy on you. Plus the case for the Options is expandable. You can put more than just your basic set in there. I found the Denise case to be very limiting to just what came with it. With the zip bag assortment, you can continue to build and change your case around to suit your current knitting needs.
In the US yes. There is a set available from Germany that look exactly like the Options. But KP is the sole provider of Options in the US.
