I’m trying to rate the knitting projects on my how-to site (and when I’m telling folks here about my latest effort). I love the cute terms I’ve found here–like frogging. What I need are terms to describe the “bang-for-your-buck” factor of a project. For example, when you knit a dish towel, it takes 2-3 hours and looks like it took 2-3 hours, but some projects are a whole lot tougher than they look when they’re finished, which would give them a low “b-f-y-b” factor and some look fabulous with very little effort, which would give them a very high “b-f-y-b” factor.
Geez, I don’t even know how to pose my question. What I want is a cute rating system for knitting projects. Can anybody help?
