I want to have some small pouches knitted about 2"x6"x3/8". I have a design but need help as there is no patterns for this item. I am willing to pay to have someone help me prototype this item.

I want someone to knit for me but also create the patterns if possible. I need someone to help me prototype my idea so I don’t have to learn to knit to create it.
It sounds like a cell phone pouch and if it is there are many patterns already out there. That being said, if your pattern is different it may have some appeal.
What is the pouch for?
There are plenty of cell phone/Ipod pouch/cover patterns.
Why do you need a pattern if you don’t intend to knit the item yourself/learn to knit?
Are you planning on selling the pattern?
In which case, the person helping you to “write” the pattern should be receiving some sort of credit/copyright, if s/he chooses.
