This is not a normal need help with knitting question. I am very computer illiterate. Getting email is about all I can do well. I posted a reply earlier tonight in some threads & wanted to quote another person on part of their reply but could not figure out how to get it to work.:tap: Can someone, anyone help me? please? I haven’t posted in many topics, mostly been a wall flower but would like to be able to use the features correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
The way I do a partial quote (I don’t know of any other way…lol) is to hit the quote button then just delete anything I don’t want included. However, you MUST leave the quote tags, the [quote=blah, blah, blah]…lol…Hope that makes sense!
I just ordered Sockotta from DBNY at $4.99 a skain and 1 skein does a pr of socks
See the little icon that looks like a note three images from the right on the top of the message box? That is the quote wrap. Left click on that image whenever you want a quote mark. Go the the text you want to quote and hold down the left click button and go over the text, which makes it blue, then right click and hit the Copy. Go back to your message and right click and hit Paste. Hope this helps.
I do believe I understand it now & hopefully will have better luck the next time I try. Thanks!
