Need help with sleeve increases

Above is a link to the pattern I am working on (Polo Neck Sweater). I am making the 5th size (4th inside the ( ) ). The directions for the sleeve increases read:

Beg with a K row work in st st, shaping sides by inc 1 st at each end of 7th and [COLOR=“Blue”]2 (2:1:1:0: 0:1:1) foll 8th row, then on every foll 10th row until there are 52(52:54:54:56:56:58:58)[/COLOR]

I’m having trouble with the part in blue. Can any of you help me out? Thanks so much in advance for your help and expertise.

The numbers inside the parentheses refer to instructions for the different sizes. So you will inc a st at the beg and end of the 7th row, and on every 10th row after that until you get to 56 stitches. So increase on rows 7, 15, 25, 35, etc. When a pattern shows to inc, dec, knit or purl 0 for your size, you skip it and go to the next instruction.
