Need help with Right & left slanted m1

I know how to make one, but am not sure what it means to make a left slanted m1, & right slanted m1.

I’ve looked all over the internet & haven’t found any examples yet.

For a right slanting M1, you pick up the strand between the two stitches with the left needle from back to front, and then knit through the FRONT of the loop.

To M1 left slanting, you pick up the strand from front to back, and then knit through the BACK of the loop.
