Need help with pattern please

Hi to everyone - I new here, been a knitter for a while but mostly blankets so new to some of the decrease pattern talk confuses me.

Need help with decreasing pattern says " Cont to dec 1 st at raglan edge, as before, on next 6 rows at the same time dec 1 st at front edge, as before, on foll 4th row. I have 35 stitches now and need to get to 28 stitches

Decrease at the raglan edge on every row in the same manner as original dec row. So dec on the next row, call it row 1 and on rows 2,3,4,5 and 6. Decrease one stitch at the front edge on row 4. So on row 4 you’ll dec on both the raglan and front edges.
That’ll dec 7sts and take you from 35 to 28sts.
