Need help with p1b

Can anyone help with p1b (pearl one behind)? My method tends to leave little holes on the right side of the work. A video or diagram would be great-

There’s a video at the Glossary page - look for p tbl. Or is it purl in the stitch below? That’s different and there’s a video for that on the page too.
