Need help with knitting two socks at once please!

I would like to try knitting the socks found at: http://www.knitpicks.com/kpimages/pdf/50529221.pdf

This pattern requires you to knit both socks at one time on two circular needles. I am familiar with sock knitting and very familiar with knitting on circular needles, but try as I might, I can’t seem to figure out how to knit on two at once. The pattern describes how to do it in good detail, but I think I really need to see a visual- preferably a video, but maybe even an illustration of how it works would help. Anyone know of a resource? Many thanks!

Have you checked this web site out?

Great resource- I have read it partway and a few things are clearer already. I will definitely give it another try with this site in front of me. Thanks!

You can also knit them one at a time if you want to. I learned magic loop socks from silver’s sock class, but doing 2 at once was too hard to learn at the same time so I just ignored the instructions that applied to doing both socks and did only one. It was easy that way. I still haven’t learned 2 at a time. The main reason is I have a 4 year old and 2 year old, and I often have to sweep my knitting up and out of their way quickly, which seemed to be really hard trying to keep 2 balls of yarn from getting tangled together!
