Need help with knitted clutch bag

Hello All!

I’m hoping someone can help me because I am totally stuck with this pattern for a Vintage Style Knitted Clutch Bag!!
The part I am stuck on is highlighted in purple…

Vintage Style Knitted Clutch Bag

2 x 50g balls of any double knit yarn or cotton.

One Pair of 3mm needles.

Small piece of fusible interfacing and lining fabric

Gauge 22 sts and 42 rows over moss stitch on size 3mm needles

Instructions

Cast on 60 stitches and work in moss stitch for 52 rows

Next row Knit one complete row of knit stitches

Work 9 rows in moss stitch

Knit one complete row of knit stitches (this forms a ridge for the base of the bag)

Continue in moss stitch for 80 rows

To form the front of the clutch bag cast off 1 stitch at the beginning of each row 10 times.

To form the gusset of the bag. With the right side facing you pick up and knit 6 stitches along the base and work 52 rows in moss stitch.

Repeat on the other side.

How do I cast off 1 stitch at the beginning of each row 10 times??

To form the front of the clutch bag cast off 1 stitch at the beginning of each row 10 times.

This is the same as…
row 1: CO 1, moss stitch to end
row 2: CO 1, moss stitch to end
row 3: CO 1, moss stitch to end
row 4: CO 1, moss stitch to end
row 5: CO 1, moss stitch to end
row 6: CO 1, moss stitch to end
row 7: CO 1, moss stitch to end
row 8: CO 1, moss stitch to end
row 9: CO 1, moss stitch to end
row 10: CO 1, moss stitch to end

Be sure to stay in pattern with your moss stitch after you BO that first stitch.

Thank you so very much!! I don’t know why it wasn’t clicking in my head!! Lol!! Thanks again!
