Need help with dress pattern

Hey guys picking up the ol’ needles to make my daughter an Easter dress here it is:

I’ve figured out how to make it larger with the help of Ms. Lamb… I just hate to keep bugging her although she is so sweet… but I was hoping someone could help me with the Skirt… on Row 2 it says tw2L :?? I looked on the abbrevations explained and didn’t see it… can someone tell me what that means to do? TIA

It’s probably twist 2 left. According to Knitting Fool:

slip next st onto cable needle and hold at front of work, purl next St from left-hand needle, then knit st from cable needle.
