Need Help with Dirty Cables...

Hi guys, I need some help. :slight_smile: I’m working on this sort of zig zag cable pattern. The cables go out in opposite directions using these two cables:

Cr3L = slip next 2 sts onto cable needle and leave at front of work, P1, then K2 from cable needle;
Cr3R = slip next st onto cable needle and leave at back of work, K2, then P1 from cable needle;

However, if you notice the right cable is clean and the stitches are in the front, the left cable is dirty and the cable is hidden underneath my purl stitches. Does anyone know what is going on with my left cable? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

On the C3L it looks like you held the 2sts on the cable needle to the back instead of to the front.
