im making socks and cant seem to get the directions right i am left handed and having trouble making the heel. i got the pattern from andra asars .comand is a cold weather boot sock. i am having trouble with the picking up stitches and knitting them. please help someone thanks lisa

Are you actually knitting left handed? As in you hold the needle with stitches in your right hand and stick the left needle into the stitch? Or are you just knitting continental with the yarn in your left hand?
Most left handers knit right handed (yarn in either hand) because of the problem with patterns. I can’t help since I’m right handed, but we do have a few left handers here although I don’t know if they knit left or right. :think:
