I am making the free baby cardigan baby cardigan pattern.
In the instructions for one of the front panels it says,
Dec 1 st at raglan armhole edge of next 3 rows, then on foll 11 alt rows and at same time dec 1 st at front slope edge of 3rd and 5 foll 4th rows.
When I begin this section I have 22 sts and when I end this section, I should only have 2 sts. Can someone please explain to me in English what they are wanting me to do.
I understand that I need to decrease 1 st. for three rows and then decrease on alternating rows 11 times. At the same time that I need to be doing this I need to: “dec 1 st at front slope edge of 3rd and 5 foll 4th rows.” This last part is what I don’t understand. Can someone please help me.
