[COLOR=“Purple”]Hey guys! I’m pretty new at reading patterns and I was wondering if you could help me figure out what this means.

"FINISHING

  • with front panel and strap: right sides facing and wrong sides together, work sc (along finished outside edge) through both pieces to join.

  • back panel: do the same for the other panel, matching it to the same sts on strap as for front panel."[/COLOR]

Yes, single crochet. It finishes the edge so it looks neater.
