Need help recognizing this stich

I would love to find out what stitch is used in this baby cardigan pattern. I have searched the internet for the pattern, but I can only find photos on pinterest.

I’ve searched and left it, come back and tried to think of a name for the stitch but I can’t find it. It’s very delicate and pretty but elusive.
It looks like yarn overs and a centered double decrease. Maybe the second row uses double yarn overs for a larger eyelet.

That’s Slip Stitch Honeycomb. Here’s the repeat pattern:

Cast on odd number of sts.

Row 1: (RS): Knit
Row 2: K1, *sl 1 wyib, K1; rep from * to end of row
Row 3: Knit
Row 4: K2, *sl 1 wyib, K1; rep from * until 1 st remains, K1

Sorry Miakoda, I got the wrong stitch. The one in the picture is Butterfly Stitch:

(over a multiple of 8 sts + 4 sts)

Row 1 (RS): Knit
Row 2 and all WS rows: Purl
Row 3: Knit
Row 5: K2 *LT, RT, K4; rep from * to last 2 sts, K2
Row 7: K2, *RT, LT, K4; rep from * to last 2 sts, K2
Rows 9 & 11: Knit
Row 13: K2, *K4, LT, RT; rep from * to last 2 sts, K2
Row 15: K2, *RT, LT, K4; rep from * to last 2 sts, K2
Row 16: Purl

Repeat rows 1-16 for Butterfly Stitch
