Need help reading this pattern

The pattern says;
[U]Continue Raglan Shaping & Establish Front Edge[/U]
Increase as est at Raglan markers every other RSR 5 times; then every RSR 4 times AND AT THE SAME TIME begin 5-st rib pattern at front edges and Mondo Cable sections as follows;
Question is, do I start the rib pattern at the beginning of the statement or after I have completed the increase every other RSR 5 times?:knitting:
