Need help reading sleeve pattern

Help! Please!!!

I am knitting an aran raglan sweater and am stuck on the directions for the sleeves. Can anyone please help me interpret the directions?

Here is what I’ve done so far:
Cast on 46 sts.
Work in K1B P1 Rib for 3 inches.
Inc to 68 sts on last row thus: inc on every 2nd st. except on last st.

First row: K1 P1 K1 P1 Cable 4 (P1 K1) twice P1 Cable 4 P2 Cable 4 (P1 K1) twice P1 P12 P1 (for blackberry) (K1 P1) twice Cable 4 P2 Cable 4 (P1 K1) twice P1 Cable 4 P1 K1 P1 K1.

Now, Here is where I’m stuck:
Inc at both ends of every 6th row and work increases into P1 and Moss to 96 sts.
Work straight to 18.5 inches.

What does this MEAN!!! I understand how to increase at both ends of every 6th row. But them I’m lost. Please help!

As you add new sts, you work them into the pattern so the st pattern will stay correct. Moss stitch is purl a knit st and knit a purl st, so the new sts will be knit according to what comes next.
