Need help figuring out pattern for this.

I cannot find the pattern to this and I don’t remember how to do it……I did this back in 2006. I have been asking around for a really long time and no one can figure it out. I love the pattern but don’t remember it at all. Please help!

It’s very beautifully and evenly done. The closest thing I could find is seed stitch rib:

This doesn’t look as regular as yours but I wonder if the method seems familiar to you?
