Need help deciphering directions for stitch pattern

Hi - I’m trying to work out this stitch pattern, they read:

knit next stitch, then (slip the stitch just knitted back onto left needle and knit it again through back loop) 3 times, k3

It’s late :?? my head was hurting trying to figure out these directions, I just got it :doh: It makes the cutest little nub.
