Hi all, I am working on this pattern:http://cache.lionbrand.com/patterns/BK4K-0702003.html?noImages=
and I’m ready to start row 10. So do I just knit the stitches on to the bigger needles? And what would be the best way to change the yarn colors at the same time as the needle change? I’ve never had to do these steps before, so I’m a little lost :shifty: Thanks ~A:happydance:
It’s a lot easier than it sounds. Just start the next row with the larger needle. The stitches are still on the smaller needles, but when you knit the first stitch, use the larger needle to knit into it. Easy Peasy!
Kinda the same thing when you change colors, just pick up the new color and start knitting with it. You can tie the two tails (old and new color) together with a little loose knot if you want, but you don’t have to. Weave in the tails when you’re finished.
