All right … I’m going to make my DH a sweater. I’d really like to make one modeled after the football club jackets like these here. Only difference is I’m going to knit it and DH is going to think knitting is the coolest thing ever as a result. :happydance:
I’ve found this cycling jacketwhich has the same approximate shape, but I don’t want any of the cabling. Will it come out the same size/shape if I do it without cabling … just in stockinette? Another adjustment I’d make is putting DH’s fav soccer club name across the back (intarsia) and 1907 (when the fav soccer club was founded) on the front. Black body, white lettering. He would die for it.
Other pattern suggestions welcome - I can’t find anything with the shape of the jackets above.
