Need baby pattern :)

Hi, my boyfriend’s cousin is having a baby girl ( It is her first baby and will probably be her only baby because she has problems conceiving, she had two previous miscarriages). The baby is due in June and I want to make her something nice for a baby shower present. You see I have been with my boyfriend for 5 years now so I treat his family alot like my own. Does anyone have any suggestions or Ideas?? I am not sure of what I want to do so I am open to all suggestions blankets, booties, hats ensembles etc. I have seen matching hat and bootie sets with bunny rabbits, ducks, and bears before, does anyone have any patterns like that? They are sooo cute :inlove:

I do have to warn you though, the bootie pattern has some mistakes and I had to have help figuring it out (I’m a fairly new knitter). :frowning:

I’ve also knitted several of the bootie patterns from one of my favorite books, 50 Baby Bootees to Knit by Zoe Mellor.
