[FONT=Comic Sans MS][SIZE=4][COLOR=DarkRed]Hi,
I stumbled upon “mosiac” knitting & have no real idea what it is, the patterns look great, however, what is “mosiac” knitting? Is it like shadow knitting?
Confused again!
Thanks for your help,

Hi Carol,
Mosaic knitting is a type of color knitting like intarsia, fair isle, double knitting etc. My understanding is that in mosaic knitting you basically knit stripes using one color at a time and you slip stitches to interweave the colors between the rows to make a pattern.
Hi! On the Afghan Block KAL we are doing Mosaic knitting this month
and I’ve just posted a few links with general information and some
stitch patterns. You are more than welcome to pop in and ask
questions as we are all trying it out this month and will be helping
each other out
