Neckband of Tank Top

I would appreciate if anyone could help me understand this pattern.

My Pattern for the neckband reads as follows:

1st Row (P2, k2) twenty three times, p1, (k2, p2) thirteen times. (Stitches on needle 145).

2nd Row (K2, p2) twelve times, k2, p2togtbl, k1, p2tog, k2, (p2, k2) twenty two times. (Stitches on needle 143).

3rd Row (P2, k2) twenty two times, p1, p2tog, p1, p2togtbl, p1 (k2, p2) twelve times. (Stitches on needle 141).

4th Row (K2, p2) twelve times, k2togtbl, k1, k2tog, (p2, k2) twenty two times. (Stitches on needle 139).

I understand the above, but unfortunately I don’t understand the next instruction which reads as follows:

Work 4 rows more decrease 1 stitch at each side of stitch at centre of V as before. Cast off in rib.

This would leave 131 stitches on needle, but there are no decreases on the 1st row. Do I repeat only the rows where they are decreasing i.e. rows 2, 3 & 4 and if so in what order?

Thanks in advance, a whole day spent tiring my grey matter!

Welcome to KnittingHelp!
You really want to continue with the k2p2 ribbing and decrease each side of the center stitch on every row for the next 4 rows. it may be easier not to try to follow the written rows but to look at your sts. Mark the center stitch of the V so that you remember to decrease on either side and keep the ribbing aligned in columns of knits and purls…
