This is the first sweater I’m knitting and I don’t know what this means can someone please explain? Also how many rows in total will this be?
Keeping all raglan armhole decreases correct as set, dec 1 st
at neck edge of next 4 rows, then on foll 0 [0: 0: 1: 1: 1] alt row
and at same time dec 1 st at raglan armhole edge of 2nd and
foll 1 [1: 1: 2: 2: 2] alt rows. 4 sts.
Work 1 row, ending with a ws row.

If you call the next row, row 1, then dec at the neck edge on rows 1,2,3,4 and then 6. Dec at the raglan edge on rows 2,4 and 6. Work row without decreases. Counting that last row, 7 rows.
