Neck BO

I am really not sure how to work at the section highlighted in red. Hope you can help me.
How do I continue to do the next BO 3 st at each neck edge after I did the first row BO 3 st at each neck edge? There is a gap between the sts at the first row BO 3. Therefore, I really not sure how to do the next row BO.

Thanks

Knit even for 26 (30, 28, 30, 30, 30, 30, 18, 16) rows. Work across 36(37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 43, 45, 47) sts for left shoulder, join a second ball of yarn. BO the center 16 (17, 17, 19, 19, 20, 20, 20, 23) sts for front neck, work to end. - 36 (37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 43, 45, 47) sts each side.
Working both sides at once with separate balls of yarn, BO 3 st at each neck edge 1 (2, 1, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 2) times. Then BO 2 st at each neck edge 4 (3, 5, 4, 3, 3, 3, 4, 6) times. - 25 (25, 25, 25, 25, 26, 28, 28, 29) sts remain each side.
Note: You will be binding off sts on the RS for the right shoulder and on the WS for the left.
Work 10 (10, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 6, 2) rows even; then start shoulder shaping.

You bound off the center sts and then worked across the right shoulder to the end of the row, is that right? Then on the next row, a WS row, you worked the right shoulder up to the neck edge, dropped the yarn, attached a new strand of yarn to the left shoulder and bound off 3sts then finished the row. On the RS row, you worked across the left shoulder, dropped the yarn, picked up the yarn at the right shoulder and bound off 3sts then finished the RS row.

For each shoulder, the yarn will be in the right place to pick it up for the bind off with no, or very little gap. The note is reminding you that you won’t be binding off on the same row for each shoulder but on alternate rows, first WS and then RS.

I think I got it right this time. Many thanks.
