Hi, i would love to make hat as the one in this video that Ne-Yo wears.
On this hat there are initials, i guess NY , but i would love to make this hat with initials AS. Maybe it is much to ask but if anyone can and have time to try to make written pattern for this hat i would be so thankful. Here is link of video:

It looks like a plain beanie, similar to this one:
You could cast on with two different colors which is what I think may be giving the edge effect. Maybe change to k1p1 rib. Instead of knit rounds, use purl rounds on the outside to get the same effect.
