My puppies!

I went to visit my puppies tonight! Originally, I was only getting one, but it turns out we can have both of them! They’re Chihuahua pups and will be coming home in about 3 weeks, or as soon as they’re weaned!!! :cheering: They’re so tiny, they fit in my hand.

(Please excuse the bad pix, they were taken with my cellphone.)

This is the girl. She’s going to be a light tan with some white markings and a black nose.

And this is the boy. Black with white markings.

I’m taking name suggestions…

OH MY GOD!!! They are SO cute!! Hmm, how about Benny and Joon for names??

Awwww! Aren’t they sweet…just love baby animals. Our Bear is part Chihuahua and was so very tiny as a puppy. Charlie and Bella are my suggestions! Then again… OMG! They’re super tiny, is the whole puppy in your hand?

Yep the whole puppy fits in my hand!

I love the name suggestions!

Kewl. A half dozen or so more and you’ll have a whole dog! :yay:

They are adorable! So tiny! I was thinking Bonnie & Clyde; or Askim & Asker (as in “ask him” or “ask her”).

My dd offered Tickles. When I said there was a boy and a girl, she looked at me weird and said “Tickles and Mrs. Tickles”.

“Askim & Asker”, LOL:roflhard: :roflhard:

That is so cute…I’d vote for those names!

Jen:knitting:

You’ll have to give them Spanish names as they probably don’t speak English.

Awww I love them! Chihuahuas are my favorite =]

Lol Mason! That reminded me of the line from Anchor man when Will Ferrel tells his dog after it barks at him “You know I don’t speak Spanish!”

They are so cute!! I don’t have a suggestion for names except don’t name them anything that sound too similar. It makes it difficult for the dogs to know who is being called or told to sit, etc.
I am partial to Benny though. My dog is named Bentley his nick name since the day we got him has been Benny.
You could always go by the theory of give a little dog a tough name! My cousin has a mini dachshund named Brutus( after the Ohio state Buckeye). It’s hilarious at the dog park when he calls for him. People seriously expect to see a huge dog and a little 6 pound dog comes trotting over.

Awww…how cute! How about Ozzie and Harriet?

:roflhard: How about Pedro and Juanita??

An elderly neighbor of ours, once upon a time, had two chee-hua-huas, named them Itty and Bitty. Please, for the love of your dogs, don’t do that! :teehee:

I can just see you driving down the road, with the two little dogs on a special cushion, so that they can see out the window of your spiffy new ride.

OK, maybe a little obvious, but how about Gomez and Lolita?

Lets just hope he doesn’t live up to the Gomez in a song I know of! :S

How about Poncho and Cisko. My DH suggested those names because of the program Cisko Kid.

They’re Mexican born abroad, so we’ll teach them English. :teehee:

LOL Another suggestion we have is Killer & Cujo. :roflhard:

You know it! And I’ve been looking into options for how to ride with the top down and them still be safe. I’m thinking a soft crate?

Thank you everyone!!

:roflhard:

Congrats on your puppies! They are beautiful!

:waah: I want one,How’s about “Pepe” and" Tia"??? I thought of those two names immediately…When I was young we had a “Tia” and every time she’d come into “season” she would run away and “hook-up” with Pepe…they always had the most beatiful babies…

Oh Silver I have been in puppie mood for over a month now. Your two are beautiful babies. I had a little boy and we called him max. Little dog big name. My husband saw them and he said Mutt and Jeff not my choice of names.
Good luck in findings names for those to cuties.

:waving:

 Aww, they are absolutely darling!
