It’s double stranded, so I’ve been too nervous to use it since I bought it two years ago. I think it’s time, though. Wish me luck!

ok so this yarn is not good for making a hat. It’s too thick and my needles are too small. I’ll just make a lace scarf. Can anyone recommend good patterns?
What weight is the yarn? If you want a hat from it still, there’s almost certainly a pattern that would play well with the yarn.
Is there not a pattern that calls for that kind of yarn and do you not have needles that do go with the yarn? I hope you find something that uses the yarn. It would be a shame not to use it when you have persuaded yourself that it’s time you did. I usually check Knitting Patterns Central, although it can take a while to troll through them all to find something suitable.
