My first pair of socks!

I finally finished my first pair of socks! :cheering: :cheering: They are the infamous Monkey socks by Cookie. I loved the pattern and knitting them and will definitely do another pair. But I HATE the yarn! It was all I had when I started them and I figured it was best to go with the cheap stuff for the first pair. It is KP Dancing. I really don’t like the colors or the feel but they are done and I am proud!

I think they look great! At any rate it’s good to practice on the cheaper yarns.

love them…LOVE 'EM!! My favorite socks are ones that are all different colors like that. Congratulations on your first pair.

Very nice! I used the same yarn (different color) for my first pair too. I’ve moved on to different yarn, but there is something special about that first pair.
