My (finally) completed booga bag

Here’s some (horrible) pictures of my finnished booga bag. I used a pattern from Wendy Knits, which made it a little larger than the original. For me, the finnished size is about two small cereal boxes. (I didn’t measure, I’m lazy ). And well frankly, there is nothing in there, so it’s all saggy! :teehee: It was something fun to make, but…I don’t know, I guess I’m not all that crazy about it.

I used Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Firecracker Heather and then Snickerdoodle. The icord (which I still need to put in) is red as well.

But, I think it’s a good size for some smaller knitting projects to carry along. I think to me, felting was the best part!

I really like your color combination. You did a great job.

It looks great, Melissa! A new knitting bag!! :cheering: :teehee:

I made a bag when I first started knitting that I was intending to use as a knitting bag, but it ended up way too small.

very cute! i like the skewered pic

the stripes look very modern and chic!

Your bag is very striking! The colors really stand out. I think you did a great job!!

Love it! Great colors and shape! I’m still working on my I cord! :wall:

Very cute! I love the east/west shape of the bag. I’m using my Booga as a mini knitting tote too!

Thanks everyone! :muah:

I finally put an upcoming project in there. The needles actually stick out of the bag, which is somewhat of a bummer (given it’s not very tall). But, it definately works. And is a little more fashionable than the current ugly green canvas type bag I’m using! :rofling:

Well, I like it a lot! i like the booga bags in solid colors…

Dink, it looks awesome! :cheering: :cheering: :cheering: Don’t you feel like a “real” knitter now? :teehee:
