Moving markers in cable beanie pattern

Hi all,
I’m knitting a beanie on circular needles
I’m up to row 14 & I’m a bit confused where is says to replace the stitch marker onto it’s starting position. The marker was moved in row 11 - does this mean I just move the marker back to where it was at the start of row 11 or do I just leave it where it is?

The pattern is called Agathis.

It does read to me as replacing the marker to it’s original position, where it was before round 11.
