Poor kitty…but MUCH more patient than any of my cats (past and present) would be.

One note, I had a cat that was very anti social. Then a niece who was born blind and at less than 30 weeks came to visit when she was 18 months old. My cat sat and let her examine him all over without moving or anything. We were all amazed. I guess he could sense that she needed to “see” him and let her do it.

Patient? I agree with Mason that it was just hungry - particularly when it took a bite out of that puppy’s throat at the end. That puppy will learn to leave that cat alone before too long!

You know, if Ellie actually sat still long enough for that, I feel pretty confident she could handle it. She’s a tortie, though (with the tortie 'tude for sure) and will only be petted when [I]she[/I] wants to be petted.
