Mosaic Knitting

I have always been afraid to try knitting with multiple colors, so i was watching the various videos on intarsia & such. I came across a mention of Mosaic knitting in one of the videos, but really need a visual. Does anyone know where a video on Mosaic knitting can be found?

I don’t know of videos, but here’s some books. I got mine from a library so do try that if you don’t want to buy them.
