I would really appreciate a little guidance (I think I know what to do but not quite 100%!
) on the following:
dec 1 st at end of next 5 rows then on foll 2 alt rows

The term ‘foll (following) alt (alternate)’ means every other row. Dec a stitch at the end of the next 5 rows, then every other row twice.
