Some of you may have seen the Irish Hiking Scarf pattern online.
I have had this on my needles for WAY too long, and I finished it tonight at a knitting group meeting up here in NJ. :cheering:
The reasons I titled this “modified”:
- I did the cables backwards (not because I’m clever, just because I didn’t read the pattern right); they twist right instead of left
- I didn’t use a cable needle (not because I dislike them, this was just the first project I did after reading this site)
- I made it in 2 colors (not because I have any design skills, but because I bought the yarn at a time when I didn’t know better about getting just one skein)
I love it though, and I’m so glad it’s done!
