Moderator
Amongst a lot of things, they monitor for spam, technical issues, and posts/threads that are going badly. They keep things friendly and moving smoothly so the site remains a happy place 
We also move posts that are in the wrong forum, edit on occasion for problems, help if you have issues with posting or some other thing. We’re here to help keep things calm and pleasant for everyone. 
I do need some help I can’t post pics and I don’t know what the URL is

This place wouldn’t be the wonderful place it is if it weren’t for the moderators. They do an incredible job.
What kind of photo are you trying to post?
If it’s on your computer, you can attach it to your post by clicking the little paperclip icon. Then follow the steps you’ll see in the window that pops up on your screen.
