I put the finishing touches on my mitered tote. I know it seems all I do are bags, but I sure get practice on smaller items of new stitches and patterns.
And I can always use the felted bags and knitted totes for yarn, after all the Mason Dixon book states, “Before long, you’ll find bags filled with knitting on every doorknob.” (so I don’t want to run out of bags!)
I kinda put a hippie theme on this tote, I even put tie die fabric inside for the lining.
But this was a fun project.
See next one for attachment.
Now, back to my vest.
Here it is…
That is so cool! A fellow bag-lady! Love the mitering and it is gracious big enough, huh? I’ve just got to get that book! I can’t tell, is it felted?
mwhite, the pattern is not from the book, just the quote!

Mare-Knitt, could you share this pattern? I just love this bag and it’s been stuck on my brain all day. I’ve got some wool just itching to be a bag. :eyebrow: Crossed Fingers Mary
