Missing stitch

Need help increasing to make up for a missing stitch.
Ok so I’ve taught myself and have been fixing mistakes on the fly with YouTube but I’ve come to a problem that doesn’t seem to have an YouTube solution.
I am knitting a baby blanket with the pattern
K1 KF&B K10, SSK, K2together, K10, KF&B, KF&B, K10, SSK, K2together, K 10, repeat KF&B, K1.
P WS row
As you can see it’s a series of knit rows and pearl rows with increases and decreases in the RS.
My problem can be seen in the attached image.
I have somewhere along the line lost a stitch which has caused my increase pattern to skew off centre and I don’t know how this happened!! I always count ten knits inbetween the increases and decreases so this doesn’t happen. However when I go back I can see only nine stitches in the K10 set on the left.
15803406636822856532406534305425|1200x900 I must have done an extra decrease somewhere else but I can’t find it at all. I don’t think I need to rip back, if I can it back on track, I don’t think it will be very noticeable in the grand scheme. So my question is, do I adjust add a third increase in that line that’s screw to get it back on track?? And should I do it on the WR or RS? I’m up to a pearl row now so maybe I could sneak an increase in on the pearl side?? Thanks for the help. First time asking for help

I’ll see if I can get a copy of your photo to show here. Many people are leery of opening downloads.

About 7 rows down you should be able to see a different looking stitch. I think you missed the kb on the second kfb, something I’ve done more than once. I would probably take the knitting off the needle and rip back to the row where the pattern is off then pick up the stitches by unknitting (tinking) them one at a time for the previous row with no increases and start knitting again. If it doesn’t bother you to leave it you could add an increase in the section that is short one and just go on. There are no knitting police so what works for you is your best solution. Someone else may have a better fix that I’m not thinking of.

Thankyou! I think to save myself time I will just add an extra increase Kfb, in the finished work I think it will be too hard to tell the mistake. Do you think I should add it in the RS row? Would it be silly to be pearling on the WS and then add in an increase? Or would that hide it better? Thanks so much.

Good choice. You could do your increase on on the WS or RS. It doesn’t really make much difference that I can tell. I think you’re right that it won’t be that noticeable. What are you making?

It’s a baby blanket and I’m only really at the beginning of it so once it’s complete I think you won’t even be able to see it. Thanks so much for the advice.
