Mesh Bag

I am just finishing up a few projects. I am using the handles from one bag, with the body from another. I don’t have the right amount of stitches but I don’t know how to convert it for the amount of stitches I have. Here is the pattern. It is supposed to be worked over 84 stitches, but I have 70. This excerpt is taken from https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/stretchy-mesh-bag
Row 6: knit 10, knit 2 tog, bind off 18, place last stitch from bind off on left and
knit 2 tog, knit 10
Repeat again which ends the row.
Row 7: knit 11, cast on 18 using backward loop, knit 11; repeat again which takes
you to end of row.
Knit 9 more rows and bind off.

Can you increase over the last knit row? (K4sts, kfb) x 14 will work.

Thanks! I can do that!
