Merino Roving

Hi there I will show my ignorance again :oops:

Can you please tell me how you would use Merino Roving?

I keep seeing it on ebay (I was only ‘looking’ at the wool in a spare moment :roflhard: ) its funny looking. So what is it??

Roving can be used to spin yarn if you have a spindle, and it can be used for needle felting if you have (can get) tools for that.

There’s probably more, but that’s what I’ve heard the most about.

Spinners buy rovings to make the yarn. What a shock if you’d ordered it, huh? :teehee:

Don’t be embarrassed–I didn’t know what it was until I met a spinner. :shrug:
