I LOVE projects that are way easy but look so difficult.
Both are gifts for special people. The blue one went to a little girl that helps walk our chocolate lab when I walk with her mom. The other is a “feel better” gift for a friend that is having a tough time right now.

The blue one I used Red Heart TLC & some specialty yarn from Joannes (can’t remember the name, sorry). I liked it because it reminded me of the ocean or sea.
The multi colored one is Lion Brand suede (black) & Lion Brand Jiffy in El Paso. I liked the color transitions so I grabbed it not really knowing what I was going to make.
I know that these aren’t the more expensive yarns that a lot of people favor but they were pretty & soft so it worked for me. In the end no one really knows (unless I tell them) what I spent on the yarn anyways.

And knit-errant I’m so totally with you on the fun part. This was pretty addictive. I’m guessing I’ll be making a few more for Christmas gifts. Quick, easy & fairly impressive looking! ;D
