Manly gloves or mittens to fit a 5'11" man

I’ve been looking all over to try and find some masculine-looking gloves or mittens to knit my husband. Any suggestions? He’s 5’11", so his hands are pretty big.

I made a pair of Dashings, but omitted the cables. My brother really liked them.
