I’m pretty knew to knitting and doing not understand these knitting instructions and wondered whether someone could please help explain them. The paragraphs I’m referring to in the attached picture is Round 2 and Round 7.
“Round 2: *knit 2 together, knit 3 rep from * to last 2 stitches of round, knit 2 together.” Does this mean knit 2 together, knit 3 single stitches, knit 2 together knit 3 single stitches and continue until last 2 and 2 last 2 together? Or does it mean knit 2 together, knit 3 single stitches then continue just knitting 2 together?
Round 7: knit 2 together, work to centre front and knit 2 together, work to top of right sleeve, knit 2 together and then work to centre back neck and knit 2 together. Work to end of round.” What is meant by “work to” is that continuing knitting 2 together or does that mean knit single stitches until it literally says knit 2 together?
