Does anyone know how to do this?

I think it wants you to do this part: (k1, yo,k1, yo, k1, yo, k1) all in one stitch. When you k1 instead of moving the stitch to the right needle as usual leave it on the left, you, k1 again and so on until you do the last k1 then move it to the right.
Not necessarily in this case but doing so much ‘action’ on one stitch often makes a bobble doesn’t it? I’ve had problems doing one of those before. I often find the multiple activity confusing.
